Ananya Panday calls Karisma Kapoor her 'fashion inspiration'!

At India Couture Week 2023, Ananya Panday walked the runway for designer Rimzim Dadu. The actress talked openly about how much she adores Karisma Kapoor and how much she has influenced her style.

 

For the past few weeks, Ananya Panday's love life and job have both made headlines. She has been preparing for the release of Dream Girl 2, an upcoming comedy-drama starring Ayushmann Khurrana. She has also reportedly been seeing actor Aditya Roy Kapur on a regular basis. Even though the couple hasn't publicly acknowledged their relationship, they have been drawing attention to themselves by making frequent public appearances together, such as on their European vacation or the Barbie movie date. Ananya recently transformed into the show-stopper for a fashion display, turning eyeballs once more.

 

On Sunday, July 30, Ananya Panday appeared on the runway at India Couture Week. She displayed the most recent line from designer Rimzim Dadu. The actor revealed her dress inspiration outside the performance as she enchanted the crowd with her walk. She has always loved the actress Karisma Kapoor, to the point where she keeps a photo of her in her vanity vehicle. She expressed her admiration for Karisma's dress choices and how she considers her to be an industry pioneer. Ananya revealed, "I have grown up watching Karisma Kapoor's films and I have a picture of her stuck on my vanity van's mirror wall. I just love her fashion. She always has fun with it and sets trends. She has been a huge inspiration.”

 

Ananya dazzled the crowds as she walked the catwalk with poise and assurance while stealing the show in a gorgeous golden gown. She was wearing a matching shirt with mesh and lace and a golden slit skirt. She wore open hair, minimal makeup, and hoop earrings as accessories. Ananya spoke candidly about her unique style during the event, stating that she preferred to dress comfortably rather than according to what other people thought. She also discussed the significance of clothes in helping actors fully inhabit their roles.
