Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston will return to the small screen with The Morning Show co-starring with Reese Witherspoon and Steve Carell. With a busy schedule and hectic days, Jennifer has managed to break the Internet last week and stay in the best of her health. Recently, Jennifer revealed the secret behind her fit and fabulous body. Talking to a media source, Jennifer disclosed that Intermittent fasting has worked wonders for her.
 
Jennifer, who is a late riser, revealed, “I do intermittent fasting, so there’s no food in the morning. I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours." Talking about her morning routine, Jen disclosed, "Today, I woke up and had a celery juice. Then I started to brew some coffee, but I don’t drink coffee that early."
 
Before sitting down with her cup of coffee, Jennifer Aniston disclosed that she meditates, works out and feeds her dogs. Well, we're not too surprised that the actress manages to keep it all under control giver her hectic lifestyle.
